What is a Home/Property Inspection
A property inspection is a visual assessment of a property for building quality and safety. An inspector will check the property for thousands of items including the roof, exterior, grounds, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC, structure and much more.
What is the Cost/Fee?
The fee is based on the property type, size, condition, add ons and travel distance.
How Long Will it Take?
Inspection time will vary on a number factors including property size, condition, add on services and other factors. Example: Single family inspections can take 2-3 hrs.
Are Buyers Required to Attend?
Clients are not required to attend. Our inspectors will complete the inspection in a professional manner so that clients can feel confident and assured in receiving quality service.
Will the Report Reveal Defects and Issues?
All homes and properties have defects. NO property is perfect. We find defects even at new construction inspections. Just because something is in the report does not mean it's a "deal breaker". Generally speaking, most of the inspection report will contain minor/maintenance items. We encourage clients to call us with any questions regarding their inspection.
Do you offer Repairs?
